PHCI has been offering scholarships to Hugoton students and 10 other communities in a 52 mile radius since 2004. We have been able to give up to $600,000 in scholarships ONLY because of YOU!

Deadline for new applicants close MARCH 1, 2026

This committee is tasked with filtering through between 80 and 100 applications from graduating high school seniors. They help determine scholarship awards for not only new incoming college students, but previous recipients and those looking for Vo-Tech and Trade School scholarships.
