The night before the opening day of Pheasant season every year, PHCI hosts it's largest fundraiser. The Annual Calf Fry, Beef Feed, and Pig Roast is an event you can't miss. Come out,  join us, and fill you bellies with some great food. Help us to raise money for locals in need and students for their further education.
