Due to recent increases in COVID cases for Stevens County, your Board of Directors of Pheasant Heaven Charities has decided to postpone our annual Calf Fry. This was scheduled for Friday, November 13th. This event is NOT CANCELED! We do not have a set date for the event yet, but are looking/hoping for late Winter or early Spring.

This decision was not made easily by the board. There was a lot of discussion and thought put into our postponement of the Calf Fry. Our biggest goal as an organization is to help others with catastrophic medical issues. We, in good conscience, couldn't risk holding our event with 1,000 people inside a building, unable to social distance or mask, or exceed currently County guidelines of the number of people attending the event.

We look forward to this virus's conclusion and a normalcy to our lives. Watch our social media outlets and the local newspaper for further updates and scheduling. Stay safe, be courteous, and thank you for all you do to help PHCI.

At Pheasant Heaven Charities, our goal is simple. We assist individuals with catastrophic medical needs and benefit other organizations throughout our region. We also help further education by awarding dozens of scholarships every year to residents throughout Southwest Kansas and the Oklahoma Panhandle. Formed in 2004 and based in Hugoton, Kansas, PHCI has raised over $3,000,000 thanks to continued support from the communties we serve and our Pheasant Heaven Partners.
